Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our return & refund terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Final Sale Items
All clearance, discounted, pre‑owned  items are final sale. Final‑sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled after payment is confirmed.

2. Damaged & Wrong‑Item Claims
If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items, you must contact us within 48 hours upon delivery. Please provide clear photos of the outer package and products. We will verify each case manually.

3. No‑Reason Return
We do not support free no‑reason returns. Please check item descriptions, photos and sizes before purchase. All products are carefully inspected and packed before shipment.

4. Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer unless the error is caused by our side. We do not refund original shipping fees.

5. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests are only accepted before the order is shipped out. Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation is unavailable.

6. Inspection Reminder
Minor imperfections, slight color difference due to screen display may exist for handmade / vintage accessories. These are not regarded as quality defects. Please confirm before purchase.
